The company has always believed in inclusive development and aspires to build a better nation through its engineering skills, making a difference in people’s lives. The company's vision is to improve the common man's living standards by continually improving infrastructure.

The Foundation for CSR - The Company has established a corporate social responsibility committee to design, implement and supervise its various activities. Those committee has formulated the rules following the provisions of the Companies Act 2013. As a result, the MEIL Foundation carries out all the CSR activities in a planned manner.

Social Engineering - To bridge the gap for lifesaving medical oxygen during the pandemic, the company has taken up the distribution of supplied oxygen free of cost to hospitals. It also has imported cryogenic tanks to enhance the supply of oxygen. Alongside adding to the medical infrastructure of hospitals, it provided free food for the patients and their kin. Moreover, by adopting villages in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, it has created basic amenities with the help of local administration.

Recognition - In addition to receiving accolades from the public, our pandemic relief measures implemented by the company under the Disaster Relief category were recognised by the EdelGive Hurun Philanthropists of the century.

Bridge on Yeleru : MEIL constructed a bridge across Yeleru river to put a stop to the transport problems of the villagers of Jamulapalli, a remote village in Pithapuram mandal of Kakinada district.

Creche facility for police : Also in Hyderabad Armed Reserve police personal foundation stone has been laid for Creche facility. The facility is being constructed at a cost of Rs. 4.50 crores with funds provided by the MEIL under their CSR project.

Skill Development Training Centre: MEIL believes in inclusive development and has been striving to build a better nation along its three-decade-long journey. Now, to help transform youngsters into skilful citizens, the company has set up a skill development centre at Boothpur in the Mahabubnagar district of Telangana.

The centre, run by the MEIL Foundation, offers vocational training courses to students who passed/failed 8th, 10th, intermediate, ITI, & graduates. Applicants can register for 45-day vocational training courses covering electrician, fabricator, construction fitter, storekeeper, and store assistant roles to match the growing needs of different industries. Course participants will also be trained in yoga, physical exercise, and meditation apart from technical training. A course completion certificate will be awarded alongside placement assistance. Food and stay will be taken care of by the company.
